Does Carter's put out coupons?
Yes, if you sign up for their
Celebration Club, they often email coupons. In addition, you can often pick them up in-store when you check out, though they will be for a later date. They also snail mail coupons to customers on their mailing list. Also, I have found that if you let your cashier know you forgot your coupon, they will often give you the 20% off (which is what most of their coupons amount to), anyway. YMMV, but I was told by a manager that they would much prefer to have your business and keep you happy.
What promotions does Carter's run?
The outlet store prices tend to range from 25% off to 50%, going to 60% off and more when they are on clearance. This forum is about the Carter's Outlet Stores, but if there's a piece you "must have", the department stores also often run % off sales (just not as good, usually).
Also, they occasionally run Carter's Cash, where you receive $10 for every $x you spend. Keep in mind that in order to redeem these, you must spend additional money in a short time frame. The rules have changed twice in the last few years, so I have written the company to verify how it currently works.
What sizes do Carter's carry?
A large percentage of their clothes are in the newborn - 24 Months, though they do have clothes up to size 7.
Carter's Outlet clothing, is it the same as the department stores?
That depends. Wal-Mart and Target each have their own branded name of Carter's, called respectively Child of Mine and Just One Year. Otherwise, generally the Carter's Clothing you see is the same everywhere. It is sold at the Outlet Stores, Babies-R-Us/Toys-R-Us, JC Penney's, Kohl's, Sears, Belk and other department stores.

What is Carter's return policy?
If you have an issue, they recommend that you return the item to the store you purchased it at. However, if that is not possible, then their website invites you to email them with your issue.
Why do Osh Kosh B'Gosh and Carter's have the same promotions?
They're both owned by the William Carter company. Osh Kosh B'Gosh "joined" the Carter company of families in 2005. I've found that they tend to run the same holiday promotions, as well as put out coupons at the same time. In addition, most Carter's outlets have an Osh Kosh outlet nearby.
