For those in the metro NY area - I noticed that the Febreeze Noticeables were ringing up at $4.99 - $5 MFG cpn = FREE.

It was in the P&G insert both last month (Sept - which expired) and also in October's 9/28 inserts. Not sure if there are any peelies out, i haven't seen any myself.
