Ok I signed up for their e-mail.They sent me a 10 dollar off coupon .
The coupon reads its valid for regular and sale prices .
So I went there today and picked up 2 shirst that were on a rack stating 5 dollars .
I went to check out and she went to do the coupon and then she said she would be back .
Came back and said I can't use this coupon for these items .
I asked why ,she said because the shirts are a promotion .
I said well isn't that mean a sale ?She said no that if they don't sell them then they will re price them to 19.95 .

I left I don't get it .I mean stores have sales and then if they don't sell them then they do let them go back to regular price .

Grocery stores do this all the time as do other stores .

Not sure what I can do about this and suggestions ?
