Sweetbay ~ $ off Transaction Coupons?

Does anyone know how to get some "$10 off a $40 purchase" coupons or similar? I've seen a few people with Sweetbay ones but I don't know how to get them. I don't shop at Sweetbay because it's a bit far away but it's the only store Publix is considering a competitor now!

I've seen a $5 off on $30 coupons lately, but they said they got them in the mail. Sweetbay doesn't usually have coupons like that, unfortunately. There have been other coupons in just about every ad lately though. This week there's a $3 off any $3 or more Angus beef coupon.

Do you have any idea how people are getting them in the mail? I usually get the ad without having to sign up for anything but do they have a mailing list or maybe get people's info from RX's filled? I think that's how the Albertson's near me was choosing people to send things to.

When I asked about them, no one knew. The only thing I got was that maybe back when there was a survey on the registers. Every customer was asked their phone number for a while, and it could have gone by those. I really have no idea though. Sorry.
