YEAH!!!!
I haven't had a chance to stop by there since posting.
Can't wait to get my cheap tofutti!!!!![]()
I emailed TJ's CS a few months ago and they said they accepted manufacturer's coupons, but yes, this can be a challenge since most items they stock are their own label. I have used Tofutti MQ's and IP's, as well as Hansen soda, Food for Life and Soy Delicious ice cream coupons at both my local TJs with no issues.
I made a list one time of the different labels there and emailed the ones I purchase asking for coupons. I've received some really great ones that way that make the great TJs prices (for those with food allergies) even better.

I love Trader Joe's. I'm going back there today for more pizza dough and a few fillers.![]()
I'm so jelous of you guys. Before I moved I used to shop at TJ's a lot, but now the closes TJ's is 12 hours away :(! Oh, well!
Hi all, I love this site! I joined recently and have gotten some great deals at CVS and doubles at Kmart. Anyway--I worked at Trader Joe's (here in Pittsburgh) for close to two years until reacently quitting. I spent a lot of my time there at the cash register so I can definitely let you know that Trader Joe's accepts manufacturer's coupons. That being said 90% of the store is all Trader Joe's privately branded products--this means that a brand name company will make products for TJ's and will label them as a TJ product. This elminates a lot of overhead such as advertising so the deals are cheaper. For example the TJ's brand yogurt is made by a certain well known organic foods yogurt maker and is 20-50 cents cheaper per container than the name brand sold at local groceries. Not all stores stock the same exact things but I have found that most stores have pretty much the same stuff. It also pays to check the prices as you walk through the store often if something is being discontinued the price will drop dramatically--ie: there was a great frozen Chocolate Peanut Butter torte that was 5.99 and ended up going down to 99 cents each
Here is a partial list of name brand products that TJ's carries:
