STORE RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

Return/Exchange Policy:

Return/Exchange:

Unworn, unused, and unwashed merchandise can be returned or exchanged within a 90 day period, with all tags attached and original receipt, in return of original form or payment.

Meaning, you can return any merchandise if it has not been worn, washed, or used, and before any return can take place, a manager is to verify that tags are attached in it's original location, and merchandise has not been worn, washed, or used. If you have your receipt, you will get your original form of payment back, or on a gift card if you choose.



Now, if you DO NOT have your receipt, but you have your unworn/unused merchandise with all tags attached, what will happen is, the merchandise will be scanned, and whatever value it comes up as, is the value you will have refunded back to you. The value is determined by if the merchandise ever went on sale. If the merchandise that is being returned ever went on sale, the sale price will be the value of the merchandise, and the value that you will have refunded to you. You will NOT be refunded back in your original form of payment, you will instead be credited a gift card with your refund value on it.

NO MERCHANDISE WILL BE RETURNED WITHOUT PROPER TAGS ATTACHED, REGARDLESS OF IF YOU HAVE THE RECEIPT OR NOT.

Returns AFTER 90 days: If you have merchandise WITH the tags attached, AND you have the receipt, and it's been more than 90 days, you will be refunded the amount you paid for it, onto a gift card.

Damages: If your merchandise is damaged (straps break, fabric tears, etc. and it has not been machine washed. -believe me we can tell when merchandise has been washed.), You can bring it back within 14 days of the purchase, along with your receipt, and we will allow the merchandise to be EXCHANGED for the same item. For example, if you purchase the Very Sexy Wave Bra in a 34 B(Trust me, this bra is VERY fragile), and you tried to put it on, but the strap breaks, you can bring it back anytime within the next two weeks along with your receipt, and we will allow you to exchange it for another Very Sexy Wave Bra in a 34 B. It's like a warranty type of situation, if something breaks, and it's not your fault, we will exchange it for a brand new one.

The "PWP/GWP" Policy: This is IMPORTANT, especially during this time of year! If you want to return something and if you receive a "PWP" ("Purchase with Purchase", for example, the Secret Reward Gift Card), or a "GWP" ("Gift With Purchase", for example the free tote you receive on Black Friday with your $60 purchase) with your receipt, and it shows up on your receipt, it has to be RETURNED along with the merchandise you are returning. The only exception to this is that if you are not returning all the merchandise on your receipt, and the merchandise that you are NOT returning is equal to or greater than the value needed to recieve the GWP/PWP, you do not need to return the PWP/GWP. I know this sounds like a lot of GIBBERESH, but let me give you an example:

On Black Friday, you purchase two Miracle Bras for $50 each. You also purchase two beauty rush lipglosses for $12 (6$ each). Your total is $112. You recieve the "PWP", (The Secret Santa Gift Card) because you are making a purchase of at least $10 You also recieve the "GWP" (The Free Black Tote) because you are also making a purchase of at least $60.

Now you have a couple of scenarios:


Scenario1: You don't end up liking the bras, so you come back in the next day to return both bras. You are left with a $12 value on your receipt (The two lip glosses). That means, you no longer qualify for the free Black Tote deal, therefore, you HAVE to return the tote bag as well. If you refuse to return the tote bag, then you will be required to pay the value of the tote bag, which is $70. If you refuse to pay the value of the bag AND return the bag, your return will not take place. However, if you do return the bag along with your purchase, since you still have a $12 on your receipt, you still do qualify for the Secret Santa Gift Card, and you are not required to return that.

Scenario 2: You are not happy with your purchase over all, so you come in the next day to return all of it. Your value on your reciept after the return is $0, therefore you no longer qualify for the GWP or the PWP, and both the tote bag and the gift card have to be returned. If you refuse to return the tote bag, you either have to pay for the value of the bag, or your return will not take place. You cannot refuse to return the Gift card though, because the gift card does not have a designated value on it, therefore you HAVE to return the gift card in order for your return to take place.

Scenario 3: You decide you don't want the lip glosses, But you want to keep the bra, You will still remain with a $100 value, in that case, you still qualify for both the PWP and the GWP, and you are not required to return any of them.

If you look towards the bottom of your reciept, it states:


"FULL OR PARTIAL RETURNS MAY RESULT IN FORFEITURE OF GIFT WITH PURCHASE ITEMS"

Meaning they have right to sezie any GWP's/ PWP's you have recieved with your purchase, if you no longer qualify for it after returning merchandise.

I tried to make it as simple as possible..lol, but if you have any questions, PLEASE let me know.

Tips on how to save:

Bras/Panties/Intimates/The good stuff!
Okay, this stuff never really goes on sale. If you want to save, you have to have some sort of a coupon. There are two ways to get coupons:
1)When you make a purchase, and they ask for your phone number and email address, each time you give it to them, they have it entered into the database, and they use that to send coupons to your mail. (Coupons like the Free panty and $10 off a bra). Also, they will keep a record of what you buy alot of, let's say you buy alot of Pink, then they will email you exclusive coupons and updates about Pink.
2)THE ANGELS CREDIT CARD. Yes it does get intimidating when your checking out after standing in a long line, and the cashier is standing there trying to sell you a credit card, when you clearly don't want one. Honestly even though it's a credit card, (and credit cards have trouble written all over it), you really do save alot with this one. First off, if you sign up and get approved, you get a coupon book in the mail to start you off, and those coupons help you get about half off on bras, free panties, and other offer's such as $10 off in the Pink collection. THAN, you get free catalouges each month. On top of that, the Card works on a point system, and for each dollar you spend you get a point. More points=More Rewards. You get $10 gift cards on your birthday each year. I've seen people come back with a $30 reward card, plus on top of that they used their $10 birthday coupon..that's $40 off! One bra cost about $40! The only thing you would end up paying for is tax! The easiest way to use is, is to bring in cash, and when your making you purchase, put it on your card, and then pay it off on cash RIGHT afterwards. Therefore, you still get your points, and you don't have to worry about intrest or a statement! It's free to sign up for, free to have, only takes 30 seconds to open up, and you save so much!

The Angel card is definitely awesome. I always look around in the store first and then buy everything online. I have always used retailmenot.com for tons of coupon codes. That's how I have gotten free lip gloss, the spice girls cd, free shipping, % off. You can only get most of those codes with your Angel card. Sometimes I have to play around with the codes because you can't mix some of them. But I have used the max number of codes-4-in my orders. I always pay my card off in the store too, so no interest!

Right now I am so upset with VS. My granddaughter bought a 100-way bra for $50. Within the first month the clear plastic tab in the front came apart. She did not keep the receipt and when I tried to exchange it I was told it was now on clearance for about 1/2 price and they did not have one in her size. She wanted to refund me only the sale price.
