Gymboree ~ Need Advice: Uniforms

I have a few questions a/b uniforms...

I need to buy both of my kids (boy and girl) full uniform wardrobes. So would it be better to order now while the uniform sale is going on or wait for COF 30% off?

Do the girl's pleated skorts have pleats all the way around or is it just in the front and then straight in the back?

How much for each kid should I order? 5 uniforms a piece? Less? More? I'm kind of lost since this is my first year doing the uniform thing.

I was thinking 5 skirts (she won't wear shorts or pants), 5 polos, 1 sweater, socks, bows or is that too much?

One more question...do Gymbo uniforms run small/big/true to size?

My dd is tall and *almost* husky, but not quite (has a sticky-outy-belly) while my ds is tall and skinny.
