I am in Wisonsin and I have heard such bad things about supervalu!! I see they have a lot of 10/10 deals going this week...has anyone actually been to one of their stores?

Yeah, LOL, we used to have them in Illinois, and the one store I was in, I swore I would never go back it was so gross LOL. Ironically, this will crack you up, Supervalu has teamed up with Jewel-Osco and they have been remodeling a lot of the Jewel Osco stores and they are looking pretty sharp.

SuperValu up here in Waukesha County, Wisconsin is Sentry, and they have great deals! I was surprised they took internet coupons, and then when I went last night, a $5 catalina spit out after buying the 10 General Mills products, and I even used a $5 off coupon that Sentry had in their ad!

My DH is from Michigan's Upper Peninsula so when we head *home* (near WI) I hit it up. We're leaving this morning to head up there...

Sometimes they have some great deals and the COL of there is much less than where we live so everything is a bit less expensive.

Wish they had their sale ads online though!!!

I live in Southern Illinois and shop at our local SuperValu. My sister-in-law works there. We buy most of our meat there. The everyday prices are higher than normal but they have decent sales. This weekend (Fri., Sat., and Sun.) they are having triple coupons. They are the only store around here that does that. I have gotten some good deals there with double or triple coupons and by buying items from their weekly sale ad. Our store is fairly new and is very clean and nice. It doesn't seem to be very heaviy shopped so they always have the sale items in stock which makes me happy. Our local CVS never has the shelves stocked :(

We have one here in Kenosha, WI. It's a very nice, clean store but the everyday prices are very high. There's some decent 10/10 sales this week. I can usually find coupons around the store too. Mine doesn't double though....not sure if they take ip's either.

I'm trying to help my SIL get into couponing from afar (I'm in Houston). She lives in Winthrop Harbor which is between Kenosha and Waukegan. What is the coupon policy? Do any of them double? What are your good/bad experiences there?
