yea.
I can't do it. I can't spend that kind of money on mine...2 toddlers that kill thier clothes.
For those of you Gymboree Fans - have you ever been in a Hartstrings Outlet? The prices are worse than Gymboree, but OMG sometimes they have the most adorable clothes ever! I LOVE Hartstrings, but I can rarely afford them. :D On Black Friday, I bought some pieces from a line that was already 20-40% off, and had an additional 40% off coupon and still paid $70 for 4 pieces.
My favorite line right now is their "Have a Ball" line, though I also like "Secret Garden" and "Pretty as a Peacock".
These are the pieces I have for her from a line called "Westminster" (Fall 2007).
I wish there was a Hartstrings forum like there is a Gymboree, because they are lines I would KILL to get my hands on. Their April Showers line I ADORE, and it is usually a fortune on eBay. There is also a line, I am unsure of the name, and it is adorable and it has sheep and I want it so bad and I CAN NOT FIND IT. The one time I found it was over Christmas while we were visiting my Brother and SIL in TX and THE POWER WENT OUT! No auction bidding for me.

Back to lurk mode
DD is pretty hard on her clothes. :D
Though I got those pieces in 3T, not because I was hoping she'd be less accident-prone, but because the sweater was gone in everything but 3T. :D
There is an outlet near us & I have shopped in the past. However I think the clothes run small & snug. I liked it when boys were younger to coordinate pieces w/out matching if I wanted. Their Christmas sweaters are always TDF!!
Also my kids hate the tags in their clothes & we always end up cutting them out. Which is painful for me to do.
Really, Really cute...I got to figure out how to put photos in like you that is so cool

You have to have the photos hosted somewhere, and once you do it's really simple! There is an "insert image" button in the bar above where you reply/start a post. It looks like a picture of a mountain and sun. You simply click that and put in the URL of the picture you want to show. :)
I have an outlet about a half hour from me, so I have been there occasionally. Fortunately, since there is an outlet in the area, I do find every once in a while stuff at garage sales and consignment shops. I'v been lucky too - finding mint things at garage sale for change (seriously - under $1 a piece!!!).
I'm bumping this.
Looking for more Hartstrings lovers. ;)
