Dollar Tree ~ Dealing with Sunday papers at dollar tree...

As you may notice, i un-stickied that thread. I recently have found out that not ALL stores have the paper and not ALL stores have papers on Monday. If you have a Specific region you KNOW this works in please post them here. I will figure out a way to make it work!


Cincinnati Region/Akron Region/Canton Region-
This is a hit or miss. RARELY do they have papers on Monday and that is because half the time the don't have them on Sunday!!!



XUFAN-I live in the Dayton area. The two stores I shop at always have papers on Sunday. One of them holds them over on Monday...the other doesn't. They always have inserts, but never as many as the home delivered paper does. If I get 3 inserts in my home delivered paper, there will only be 1 or 2 in the DT paper. If there are 2 in my home delivered paper, there's only 1 in the DT paper. Also, they never have the P&G insert, even if it's the only insert that week.

I live in SE MI and the store i go to has papers on Sunday, never really checked on Monday though. Are thy still $1 on Monday?

I live in SE PA Still can be hit or miss, but I have gotten them (or my sister has) In Collegeville, Pottstown, and Allentown

i've gotten them at the dollar tree in olathe, ks, never tried on sunday, but they normally have them other days I shop, once I bought the last copy on a wednesday.

We get them here in Independence, Mo. on Saturday. They are the Examiner which is an Independence paper and they are only .50ea.

O'fallon, MO has St. Louis Post-Dispatch @ Dollar Tree and they have all the same inserts. If there are any left they still carry them on Mon for full price- so do all the other stores.

Coming from Northern IL, all McHenry county Dollar Trees I've visited have the Sunday Chicago Tribune and the Sunday Northwest Herald for sale on Monday.

i am going to hit the DT near my moms house this week and check that one out. I am pretty sure they never get papers though :(
