I'm going to file this under "other" "special promo". It is a 4-page store ad size of manufacturer coupons. The unusual about this version is the cover states "offers good only at this location." Each coupon inside states "good at participating stores."

I found a short stack at Albertsons today. My "concern" is that even though they are manufacturer coupons, that other places may not be reimbursed because the manufacturer/sponsor will know which stores to reimburse and all others are rejected.
