I picked these up at the store and cannot determine whether it is from a booklet, a tearpad, a glossy one-page flyer, or what. Measures 2.75" x 5.25", is glossy and has related Chef Michael text on the reverse. Maybe someone else can answer the burning question.

Found them in the turnstile display. I found at one store and did not have a chance to visit any others, so cannot say how prevalent.
