Yes you spend it all up front then get 42% back in your account.

You sign up and if you use my link in my siggy and spend $20 total at any stores within 90 days you and I both get a $5 sign up bonus.

So lets say you sign up and spend $20 on magazines then you get 48% of that $20 back into your ebates account so youd get $9.60 plus the $5 bonus in your account and in February they will either fund your paypal account or send you a check.
Every purchase you make between now and some time in January will be mailed in your check in Feb.

Different stores have different % of cash back and some even have flat $ back
There are tons of stores.

No problem! Great deal! Ive bought two sets of the GCs so far.
I sent the $20 ones to each sister for gifts and used the $10 email ones to get my MIL some magazines so Ive got 3 gifts down.
