I couldn't find the $4.90 ones, but looking around I found these:

WTH? I'm pretty sure DH had a pair just like this and we threw them away!!

YIKES!!! My hubby DOES have some like that!! Well...he doesn't roll them up, but they look alot like that. He wears them when he's working on cars in our garage...with the door shut!!!

I got mine today!!!!!! The UPS guy dropped them off a little while ago. I told my hubby, "Wish me luck. I'm trying on jeans." He knows how hard I am to fit, so I'm sure he braced himself for tears.

BUT...no tears!!!!! They fit sooooooo good!!! I haven't had new jeans on in years!! I'm on the frequent flyer program at Goodwill and Freecycle and every yard sale within 20 miles of my house. I can't believe how good these feel!!! (the only thing I don't like is the stretch in them. I'm not use to it, and it doesn't hold in my "Peter Griffin" very well).

Ive got mine on now! I havent had Levis in soooo long and Im so happy to a. be able to afford em and b. be able to fit in em again!

I was talking to my mom last night and I said did I tell ya about my jeans Ive got em on and she started laughing I said what? She said your sister said you were the only person in the world who could get Levis for $4.90 and I said nu-uh there are bunch of people at HCW who did lol
She of course didnt get it but oh well.

My sis is just jealous because she wanted some and they were gone. I wouldve ordered her some but I had no idea what size she wore. Im not good at guessing sizes at all.

Shes taking me to get DS hair cut today so Im gonna have to wear my jeans and say nah nah nah nah you shouldve answered your phone when I called you

The denim fairy visited me today! I was so prepared all along the way for something to go wrong with this deal, like it was just too good to be true. I thought the deal was a mistake and they wouldn't honor it and then I thought the jeans probably wouldn't fit right and so on and so forth.

I! Love! Them! They are the perfect fit and so comfortable. I love the stretch and I love the shape. I need to hem them a little, but that's because I have ridiculously short legs. I'm like some mutant offspring of South Park characters. Oh, but I love these things and I'm so glad I ordered six pairs. Thanks again, OP!
