i purchased for my husband. he lost 6# the 1st 8-9 days but none for the last 2-3 days (he's started plan on 2/17)


there are 2 meals so far that he didn't like so i'll just remove that from the next order.

i didn't know when i ordered, but i had to purchase other foods.
the plan is
3 meals
1 snack (protein+fruit)
1 dessert

the 3 meals are 1 NS entree, +regular food you provide such as:
protein or dairy (yogurt, cottage cheese, meats, cheese)
fruit
low GI carb (oatmeal, bread, peas, corn, etc)
vegetables (beets, broccoli, cauliflower, etc)
salad items (+ FF dressing)
fats (olives, almonds, etc)

there is a booklet included that lists what from these categories you can eat.

I signed up using buddy bucks from michelle.
After the 1st of the year I decided it was time to loose my extra 26lbs!
Only problem is, I am very bad at dieting, very good at snacking on free cookies!!
This is a GREAT plan. for $40 a week after discounts I had to try it. Today is day 7, my 1 week weigh in is tomorrow, but so far I have lost 6lbs. It took me 2 months to loose the first 5 lbs on my own. so that should give you an idea on how this works.

update ~
day 21 and DH has now lost 13.5#. this diet is obviously working well for him so far. he even cheated yesterday and had a small bag of those free dark chocolate m&ms !
