I wouldn't think that Lean Cuisine would have the same effect as the NutriSystem Program. Anyone besides HouseChef have a comparison?

yes, my DH is using the NS guide book but using LC meals vice the NS entrees. He is losing weight, but not nearly as quickly as with NS.
