Just wanted to tell you that I know what you're going through. I was in an accident several months ago and even an epidural injection did not help. Chiro, massage have helped, but only keep it fairly manageable.

VOTE FOR ME...OR ELSE!!!
I have a herinated disc in my lower back, I have tried heat many times when it flares up, but for me it doesnt do any good. I have found that ice works great, along with motrin and some exercises. I lay on the floor flat on my back and then i left my hips at a upward angle to push my lower back to the floor hold for a few secs, and do that like 10 times. It feels great. You can also find other exercises on line if you goggle it. I hope u feel better soon!!!!
