Well since no pill is 100% guaranteed, you are taking the chance of getting pregnant anyways...somehow I think they would fight you on paying.

I think the pills were just in the wrong order or something? Like the obvious fake ones were in the wrong spot..so hopefully most people figured it out when they looked at it.

I can't imagine suing if I got pregnant...sorry kid..I didn't want ya!
