Spinal decompression therapy

Hi people,

thanks for all the nice coupons, just stumbled across this forum and I love it!
I know my question has nothing to do with coupons but I got a question about back pain and maybe you can help me.
I've heard about the term "spinal decompression therapy" when somebody suggested it as an effective therapy for back pain.

I've never had this done, but I have facet joint issues and also bulging cervial and lumbar discs. What other therapies have you tried?
