Oh how my knee hurts so bad!!

Blue Emu is good but I also like Biofreeze which is also topical. I have arthritis in my knees and the best thing I've found for them is taking emu oil gel caps. I got off the emu oil and tried fish oil because it's cheaper. It's just not the same. I could almost write an article for LB Producer's emu gel caps. Not only do they work wonders for my knees but they're also high in Omega 3's which is good for cholesterol.

We order it from LP Processors in Chapmansboro, TN. It has their label on it. 1000 mg 90 count. All Natural Ultra Emu Oil Gel Caps. It has the AEA (or AFA) certification seal that it is fully refined. It's manufactured in the USA. I can get you their website if you're interested. Just let me know. Yes. That's exactly what I take and have been taking for several years. It's some good stuff! No aftertaste like fish oil.
