I am anemic, it's part of having chronic kidney disease, but the only side effect I should have is being extra tired and having low energy, which the vitamins I take help with.
Okay I know you don't have insurance...
Get something to test your blood sugar, do it first thing in to the morning before you eat anything. Then tell us what your blood sugar is.
Go to the grocery store and check what your Grocery store is and check your blood pressure in those little thingies is.
I have nearly passed out in the shower before. It was my blood pressure (too low)...but the headache...is kind of weird...because headache normally would mean your BP is too high..and that won't make you pass out.
I don't know how to test for anemia with out you going to a doctor or clinic. Is there a free or sliding scale clinic around?? Health department maybe? It's a super easy test.
