Who wants to have to pluck a hair in a place that it shouldn't be for the the rest of their life? Not me. I want that sucker permanently gone.
Can't you just pluck the hair off your mole every once in a while?

I have had a few moles removed. A couple on my back, one on my neck where there is no fattyness and 2 on my face. They all hurt just with the initial poke of the needle but that was it. The one on my neck is starting to come back with some hairsand I pull them out every now and then. I will have it taken off again at some point. The ones on my face are the ones that bother me the most now. The skin color is lighter than the rest of my face but you have to look hard to notice it. My husband says I'm just anal and nobody will look that close.

I have removed moles and skin tags with bloodroot paste. Its unsightly for a few days to a week and will feel irritated but then the skin will be smooth and fine. You do cover with a bandage while treating. I haven't had hair on a mole, so don't know about that.
Doglover if the hair is bothering you that badly you could go get a round of electrolysis done.

My DH had a mole removed on his neck..he didn't complain about the pain of it. He had a hair growing out of it too.

I've had two moles removed. The one on my shoulder did hurt, but it was done by my primary, who was a hack (literally- he lost his medical license- long story). I had a mole removed on my face (right next to my nose, and it was the occasional hair that inspired me, too) by a plastic surgeon. It was short, sweet and painless. He did numb it first, then cauterized it. It did not hurt at all. and the results are fantastic. I say go for it, and stop worrying!
PS I should add- my primary did not lose his license because of me :)
How many days until summer?
The hair did not grow back.

I've had several moles removed in different areas, and they hardly hurt at all. There might be a pinch from the numbing shot, but they don't need to inject very much since most moles are not deep.
Most of my moles have been "punched" out with a die tool and one or two sutures.
