I remember being very surprised - cause she said -she never writes excellent on blood results - there's one that even with women who are in the sun alot, tend to have something low - I bet that's the Vitamin D but mine were great across the board (I remember thinking at the time - did the lab mix my samples up with someone elses? Cause I don't eat very healthy (no fruits or veggies) so I was very surprised to get such a good report.... I guess it is always possible that my results got mixed up with some health nut's.

Right - so if I don't eat very healthy - why did my blood work come back as one of the healthiest ones she had seen??

Pulled the results.... all I had was bacterial vaginosis - but the blood work came back perfect... Blood tests do list B12 and Vitamin D and both were in range.

Is it all year long or certain days?

I am asking because some people suffer sad seasonal disorder.
I think I do, if it is gloomy I feel gloomy if the sun comes out I feel perky. It is really weird I literally have moods like the weather. I think my cat is affects my cat she mopes around all winter long. She is an indoor/ out door but we get a lot of snow during the winter so she is stuck inside. She acts miserable to the kids. I know today it was really grey outside and I could careless to get dressed and felt so blah I didn't even want to do shopping with Dh. I kind of feel bad he only gets 1 day off on the weekend to shop. I just didn't feel like it. So here I have sat all day on my pj's haven't even bothered to brush my hair.... I just have that I don't care feeling and can't help it.

    Symptoms of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome

Symptoms of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome are similar to those of the flu and other common viral infections, and include muscle aches, headache, and extreme fatigue. However, symptoms of CFS last for 6 months or more.
The main symptom of CFS is extreme tiredness (fatigue), which is:
    • New
    • Lasts at least 6 months
    • Not relieved by bed rest
    • Severe enough to keep you from participating in certain activities
    Other symptoms include:
    • Feeling extremely tired for more than 24 hours after exercise that would normally be considered easy
    • Feeling unrefreshed after sleeping for a proper amount of time
    • Forgetfulness
    • Concentration problems
    • Confusion
    • Joint pain but no swelling or redness
    • Headaches that differ from those you have had in the past
    • Irritability
    • Mild fever (101 degrees F or less)
    • Muscle aches (myalgias)
    • Muscle weakness, all over or multiple locations, not explained by any known disorder
    • Sore throat
    • Sore lymph nodes in the neck or under the arms

This is going to sound kinda crazy, but my sister, who is the same age as you, recently went through the exact same thing! She could barely make it through work and would fall asleep on the couch right when she got home from work each night.

She went for a ton of testing and come to find out she was taking too many vitamins! She is a very healthly eater who would take a ton of vitamins each day-she was getting to much of a good thing I guess, and this was her body's way of telling her. Her doc took her off all vitamins (even a multi) for a few months and she is slowly gaining her energy back.

I would have never thought of this-but if you are a big vitamin taker, you may need to try it! HTH! :)

Very interesting - I would have never thought that too many vitamins would make someone sick/weak.... who would have thought?

Unfortunately, I doubt that is the cause for my lack of energy...although I can relate to your sister's, going home from work and falling asleep on the couch - same thing happens to me all the time... But I rarely take my multi-vitamin - I forget most days... I am not a big fan of pills so I try to take as little as possible.
