Pulled the results.... all I had was bacterial vaginosis - but the blood work came back perfect... Blood tests do list B12 and Vitamin D and both were in range.
Is it all year long or certain days?
I am asking because some people suffer sad seasonal disorder.
I think I do, if it is gloomy I feel gloomy if the sun comes out I feel perky. It is really weird I literally have moods like the weather. I think my cat is affects my cat she mopes around all winter long. She is an indoor/ out door but we get a lot of snow during the winter so she is stuck inside. She acts miserable to the kids. I know today it was really grey outside and I could careless to get dressed and felt so blah I didn't even want to do shopping with Dh. I kind of feel bad he only gets 1 day off on the weekend to shop. I just didn't feel like it. So here I have sat all day on my pj's haven't even bothered to brush my hair....I just have that I don't care feeling and can't help it.

This is going to sound kinda crazy, but my sister, who is the same age as you, recently went through the exact same thing! She could barely make it through work and would fall asleep on the couch right when she got home from work each night.
She went for a ton of testing and come to find out she was taking too many vitamins! She is a very healthly eater who would take a ton of vitamins each day-she was getting to much of a good thing I guess, and this was her body's way of telling her. Her doc took her off all vitamins (even a multi) for a few months and she is slowly gaining her energy back.
I would have never thought of this-but if you are a big vitamin taker, you may need to try it! HTH! :)
Proud mom to an adorable two year old little boy!
Please excuse my spelling-my LO is on the loose and just learned how to climb-so I am typing as fast as I can!
Very interesting - I would have never thought that too many vitamins would make someone sick/weak.... who would have thought?
Unfortunately, I doubt that is the cause for my lack of energy...although I can relate to your sister's, going home from work and falling asleep on the couch - same thing happens to me all the time... But I rarely take my multi-vitamin - I forget most days... I am not a big fan of pills so I try to take as little as possible.
