Have they checked you for anti-thyroid antibodies?
Also, are you 100% gluten-free - no cross contamination, etc. Not being totally healed by eating gluten can cause you to have health issues.
i cant quite remember what my TSH is. It was within normal range 2 tests ago and then the last time, it went lower, but they said it was still in normal range.

My advice would be to focus on eating gluten-free to heal your body and not cause future and current issues. It is very serious to not be eating gluten-free when you have Celiac. Celiac is an autoimmune disease and eating gluten can cause other autoimmune disease to come about. I know it is hard but it is what you need to do to feel your best.
Yes! there is no reason to have them scope you, or worry about your stomach if your not eating a completely gluten free diet. You HAVE to get that done. That is probably why your stomach is bugging you...it can be to blame for all your joint issues as well.
This might be the reason why your endo is hesitant to do biopsies as wellIf they feel that your not doing 100% on your end what your supposed to be doing, there is no reason for them to be cutting into you.
Think of your body as a domino effect. Until you get the gluten under control...you cannot for sure know if your thyroid is actually an issue or not...but the thyroid is setting of other stuff (and so is the gluten)...so your body is falling apart. Get the gluten under control. Then you will know if if the Thyroid is to be blamed on the gluten or not. If it's not...then get a second opinion. If the Thyroid calms down, odds are...all your other body organs will start behaving as well.![]()
