Sorry your feeling bad. Hope it gets better very soon.![]()
I have Spinal Stenosis which causes me to have sciatica pain, on my left side. Try laying down on the floor with your feet up in a chair, like from the knee up. For some reason that seems to help take some of the pressure off. During the summer months mine doesn't seem to bother me too much. But, as soon as it turns cold, it flares again.
I feel for you, the pain can be awful. Praying it gets better for you.
Raising children(especially teens) is like being pecked to death by a chicken
In my defense, I will only bid human beings in the auction forum if it's a MM.
Sorry your feeling bad. Hope it gets better very soon.![]()

My doctor said to watch your posture. Mine started when I was pregnant, and he said the balance shift can cause it. Also, a friend showed me stretches that really worked. Mine was never real severe though. Would only last a few minutes at a time, but come pretty often. If possible, rest your leg on something hip level and lean forward. I know stretching doesn't seem likely to help, but it has seemed to keep mine at a minimum for many years. Hope you feel better soon.
