Natural Anti-Inflamatory Herb or supplement?

Hi

I was wondering if anyone knew of a natural anti-inflamatory.

I have so many things going on with me right now.
I was first diagnosed with depression/anxiety/panic dissorder...i have chose NOT to take meds for these
I also have
*high cholesterol
*Swollen/bruised knee
*tennis elbow and tendonities
*Recurring Ovarian Cysts
*Fatty Liver Disease
*Thyroid issues-Goiter and possible graves diesease (autoimmune dissorder) - testing going on right now
*Celeac disease (autoimmune dissorder)

And now I can't eat because when I do my stomach can't handle it. My dr said it could be a fungal infection or from overuse of ibuprofin....the problem is im supposed to take an anti-inflamitory for My knee problem, my tennis elbow and tendonities, as well as mmy ovarian cysts.

To top it all off ive found a few lumps over the past few weeks. One is it my abdomen which is quite movable and am thinking is might be the fatty deposit on my liver. The other one is in my neck. Its on the right side.
basically center up between my shoulder and hairline as well as center between my spine and ear. It's about the size of a pea.

I have also developed a slight rash on my shoulders and back and have found little red blood looking dots on parts of my body, not anymore than 10. They look like someone stabbed me with the head of a needle and the blood is just under the surface of the skin.

I am giving myself a month to see if it goes away before talking to my dr about the lump. I don't want to overreact to something that doesn't need overreacting for now.

Turmeric, but I would discuss any treatment whether homeopathic or otherwise with your doctor if you are on any meds currently.
