I've had bad feet for years. My problem is bone spurs on my heels. If that's your diagnosis, it will help if you stretch your feet before standing on them. Just point your toes forward as far as you can. You will be amazed how good it feels. Do this several times a day. Especially after sitting for any period of time. Shoe inserts also help. You can try the over the counter ones and if they don't work go the custom route. Good luck, I feel your pain.
