ACS - Hope Lodge experience?

Has anyone had the experience of staying at one of the American Cancer Society Hope Lodge facilities? And if possible, any info on the one in Philadelphia.

We will be needed to stay in Philly for about 6 weeks starting in January and are considering this place, but was wondering if anyone had any experiences with them.

Thanks in advance for any helpful info. Not looking for any medical info...just experiences with the Hope Lodge.

FYI - this is for a benign brain cyst/tumor, but its treated like cancer to keep it from coming back.
