YES - I get up at 5am and work out, then get 2 kids to daycare and 2 to school, then work 10 hours a day at my stressful job, then go get the kids, make dinner, help with homework, give baths, read books, and put kids to bed. Then I clean up dinner, do some housework, return phone calls, check email, coupon - and by the time my head hits the pillow I am asleep.
My room is far from a relaxation haven - my 6 month old sleeps in a crib in it - but I am too exhausted to notice!! I exhausted myself just writing that all out.
Sorry I couldn't help but post - I used to have insomnia - that was before I had children! Now the only time I have trouble sleeping is when I am worried about something and even that does not last for long...
