Brown Bag in Sunday Paper 20%

Did anyone else get a brown grocery bag in their Sunday paper that says it can be filled and anything in it is 20% off? It's weird because it only came in one of the 3 Sunday papers I got.

Last time they had this offer, there were plenty available in-store at my Office Max!
