I think I threw out my Max perks rewards card :( I have reward money soposta be loaded on to it

So the end of July I purchased back backs for my boys for school I spent a total of $90.00 between 2 so I was Sorting through some clutter that has built up on my counter. I know it was all sitting in the nice yellow folder packet it came it with my kids pack pack receipt. I have looked everywhere I think I might have put it by mistake in the toss pile. I don't know who to call or if they can help me with this. I am so mad at myself right now. I was under the impression that it would be sent as a gift card. I called the store a few weeks back when I knew where all the stuff was and they told me the $$ would be loaded on to my max perks card? I don't know what to do. Do you think they could send me a new one?

Can you access it online? I think staples lets you print the rewards.

I am not sure i think I would have to have the reward number and I do not. Everything was in the folder from the day I sighed up for the max perks reward card I am horrible about hooking on the rewards cards for stoore I don;t frequently visit. I figure if I plan to go there I will take the card when I plan to go. I hope I just miss placed it but I have looked almost everywhere and am leaning more toward the maybe I tossed it by mistake :(

Also even if it was avaliable to print my cannon printer is not working the black is full and all the colors are more than half full so I think my print head is not working. I was thinking about using the reward card to get ink for our back up hp printer with the rewards until I can figure out if we can fix it cheaper than we can replace it for Fun fun fun

Check the receipt, I THINK they show rewards number on there? From there you should be able to call them and try and resolve

I called yesterday and I gave my name had to verify my email she is going to send me a new welcome packet in the mail and she gave me my old card number so I can access my reward online. The bummer is my printer is still not working so I will have to keep fingers crossed I can print it off at the public library using their computers. I know alot of the brick coupons are not allowed to be print from their so I am missing some really good ip's until I can get my printer issue resoved but I plan to purchase ink fro the back up HP that has been is Ds room since I got my Cannon a few years ago. Back to old faithful :) My Hp has never let me down.
