Is Office Max good for BTS?

Hey guys....I was wondering, is Office Max good for back to school sales? I keep hearing how awesome staples is, but there are none around me, or within resonable driving time.

I'm hoping that office max is comparable, there's one right up the street from me.

(if not, feel free to add where you like for BTS, its my first season as a couponer)

I like Walmart for BTS for good prices, but they get crazy if you wait until the last minute.

OfficeMax has gotten better the last few years. Wal-mart and the other large stores have taken huge chunks of customers away. Also I expect this year to be a good season for BTS because all the office supply stores are having a rough year and investors want better sales. So hopefully they will be rolling out great deals starting later this month.

I got some very good deals there last year and the stare was well stocked!

Last year there was a lot of supplies in my region for 10 cent, 25 cent etc. It was very competitive with the Staple 1 cent deals that they do. However, the Office Max deals were very regional last year, week to week.

I prefer office depots sales over max's, but I have found a few great deals there. But like cmricha said, the sales are very regional so I may not get the same great deal someone else in Florida will.

Last year I found all the really good deals in the ad (usually front page). But again, the ads were regional, so I can only speak for the Mid-NC region.

Yes, the front page and back page were my great finds. I got tons of pencils and erasers and other small things for like $.10 each, there is a limit but there is always 7 days of a sale ad for them so that is even more chances for me to go in and get stocked up.

Next week's ad is available on their web site now and has 100% back in Rewards backpacks and cheap (1c) ream paper after rewards. The other 'frees' on page 1 are wyb other items.
