be sure to keep your receipts and track the amount you have coming back. Office Max left one of my receipts off (so I was glad I had it handy and could give her all the numbers from it over the phone) and left off a couple of items that I should have gotten 100% back for. I called the number (on their online site for tracking your rebates) and they were VERY helpful and very friendly. She said, "Do not worry. We WILL take care of this." I gave her my receipt numbers and she said it should be applied in a week to 10 days.
