Clearance Office Max: Please Post All Clearance Deals Here

I went yesterday because I had a $10/$10 coupon that I couldn't seem to interest anyone in. OM is maybe 10 miles away, which is further than I like to go. But I created a reason to be in the vicinty. :)

What did I buy?
3 8-packs of cd cases for $1.50 each. That seemed cheaper than the big packs.

A 9" wall clock (black) for my basement. It was $2.49. It was actually what I considered the best find of the bunch.

A plastic-like notepaper receptacle that was $3.00. I liked the green. I couldn't buy the pencil cup because it was $6. That's way too expensive for plastic.

The rest was tax. What I did notice is that they had TONS of clearance. It wasn't really clearance that I wanted, but that's because I already have desk accessories sets, etc. I bought the notepaper receptacle for my kitchen, which is why the green was nice. I like to keep scrap paper there by the phone.

Default re: Please Post All Clearance Deals Here

Today, the clearance at my Office Max was moved back to the back of the store. No more 25% additional off, but many of the items were marked down lower than last week.

Also, check the regular aisles and look for the clearance stickers--pens, pencils, markers are reduced considerably (great stocking stuffers)--but the best deal I saw was colored pencil sets marked down to 50 cents per package. A classroom teacher or Sunday school teacher could get a whole set for just a little. I used my Office Max Perks from turning in empty ink cartridges last month and got a bunch of stuff for free.
