Would this be affected in any way by using a reward card to pay for part of the ink? I have a $28 reward card right now.

No, you should receive your rebate. There are no restrictions on the rebate form. There is a toll free number on the form as well, if you would like to call to ease your mind. It is 1-866-541-0284. I called myself, but unfortunately they are closed until 8 a.m. tomorrow. There is recorded information, however, and it lists what is needed to qualify for the rebate and using a rewards card is not listed as precluding you from receiving the rebate.
