    QUESTION Recycled Ink Help

So this week they are giving you back $5 for empty ink cartridges instead of the normal $2. There something in tiny print about an extra 10% on top for something but I don't understand what they are talking about. Can someone that typically recycles these please help me out?

OK, so that is what the ad states. So if you have one of the rewards programs or accounts then you will receive back 10% extra in rewards point when you purchase select ink cartridges. At least that is how I am understanding it.

BTW, of course they would do this now, I tossed almost 15 cartridges the other day at work, not thinking of this program.

I was in OD last week and was asking the girl about 2 other cartridges I had recycled a while back. She told me they hold those in your account until you have $10 and to watch because sometimes they will give you $5 instead of 2. So, I think she was hinting to me to wait. I never throw mine away but always forget to take them in until this time.

I turned in 10 cartridges a month or so ago and just received my OD card the other day. It only had $11 on it. Shouldn't it have had at least $50 since I turned in 10 cartridges?

If you turned them in during the $5 special and were sure to give them your reward card to scan. If it was not during the special, you should have at least gotten $20 for 10 cartridges.

Did you save your receipt? I alway do because I have had this type of problem before.

You can also log into your rewards account online and check to see what you were paid for. If you do not have an online account set up, click HERE to set one up. It is nice to have because it allows you to track your rewards and enter receipts that you forgot to have you member card scanned. Everything is linked to your member number so even if you did not previously have an online account all your information from before will be there.

    Hope that helps.
