Wonder what the odds of my children choosing a $2.99 backpack would be? I may have to offer last year's as an alternative!! ;)

its gotta be the colored pencils that are on sale to bad the wont take the markers at that price.

I would question the durability and longevity of a 2.99 backpack...

The binders and colored pencils look like a good deal though!

man...I just price matched wal-mart to OD last week for the colored pencils and comp books...and they were 50¢ and 88¢, lol!

time to get more and stock up!

I will be going to Office depot again.. the composition books are a great deal.. My dd always has a teacher who asks for one..My son was in H.S. and his teacher asked for one last year. I will pick up some more colored pencils, glue for 1 cent, I can always store this. I love sales. cheryl

Yep!! I hadn't bought any yet because I knew they would go below also. I think I will also price match at Staples if I have too!

Thanks for the peak!! I was getting the kids school supply lists together and oldest ds needs 4 composition books, so I was going to hit wallyworld...glad I waited. I had a feeling they would go lower too, better yet, I could kick myself for not buying them at Target when they went 90%....
