I wasnt talking about any coupon in particular just in general. There are a WHOLE bunch of target printables that could be used.

commisary = DECA
bx = AAFES

they are 2 complete different companies... thats how the commisary can charge a surcharge and the bx doesnt... thats the easiest way to tell them apart...

It all goes back to the commisary only charging what they pay plus surcharge, AAFES can mark it up to what ever they want..

This doesn't apply to all though! They will only take coupons in your town, for example the nearest target is almost an hour away, they will not take target coupons. DH is in Korea, they wouldn't ad match the exact same TV that circut city had for $200 cheaper! If we would have been at our PX it would have been ad matched but since he was buying where there was no circut city around they would not match it!

It depends on the store. Here they won't take them at all from any store. Told me they don't do that anymore. And if the printable is for a free item or from a store that isn't local to you they also won't take it.

They are really a pain about the price match policy here too. I'm in the North Virginia area and have had that problem at 2 different AAFES @ 2 different bases.
