BOLO! in this weeks home mailer ad wrapped in a plastic bag..there is a scratch off with 3 spaces for 3 different purchases... also there is a coupon booklet with coupons good only at the exchange.... and they say CAN BE USED WITH A MANUFACTURER COUPON.. scratch off starts here on Oct 14-19 for. the coupon book is dated Oct 20 Th -nov.10th...:sad: cant use em together! boo hoo!

so did any one find any great deals using these coupons and mfc's???? i tried but it didn't seem that great on any of the items.....

How do I sign up for this coupon booklet? My hubby is going to the commissary today do you know if they have them there or do they only mail it. Can you please post what you did to get this. Thanks I new to shopping at the commissary and I love it.

The Commissary and the Exchange (AAFES or NEX) are not the same thing. The commissary is where you get your groceries and the Exchanges are like dept. stores on base. If you live in base housing you will automatically get a flyer when they mail them out. The coupon books came in the last flyer. If you don't live in base housing you should go to the Customer Service Dept. at your Exchange and sign up. You may be able to do this online, but I am not sure. Here are the addresses to see if you can sign up online:
