ATTENTION Question about sale ad and substitution policy - help!

I got the ad for August 20-24 in the mail, it has diapers on sale for $19 for the "huggies big box" I want to go buy these. Last time I went to buy diapers that were on sale, advertised in the ad, they did not have them and the worker asked the manager b/c....on the bottom of their ad, it says,
"Our advertising policy: We try to have adequate stock of advertised items. When out of stocks do occur, we offer a substitute item as a comparable value. This excludes limited offers and special-purchase items not regularly avialable at your Navy exchange. To maximize stock available to our customers, we may limit quantities."

So - I asked her about a substitution, and she said that they had nothing to substitute. I left frustrated, b/c I drove all the way there just for that sale and they did not have any. So....I am going to try again, - if they say the same thing, should I ask to talk to a manager and show him the paper?? It appears that they are not going by their policy. ???????:hectic1:

trying PMing the ad at your walmart ?

otherwise, call before you go to see if item is in stock. if it's not, talk to the manager. ask for a raincheck?

i would email nex corporate office if they fail to abide by the ad.
