Can I use Star Card to pay for Gift Cards?

I was wondering if anyone knew if we could use the Star Card to pay for Gift Cards? I'd hate to find out the hard what that we can't...

Also, is can Star pay for AAFES gift certs/cards? I know the gift cards can't be used to pay the Star balance, but that's the only restriction I know of.

I have purchased gift cards with the star card before but never tried AAFES gift cards, I would say no though on that one. You could always ask the manager. I have bought circuit city, amex and visa gift cards with the star card without a problem. But I've found each AAFES seems to do things their own way so not sure it's everywhere :shrug7:. I did it in VA.
