"with card" coupons

I have one of these too. It's a coupon for free bananas if you buy 2 Fresh Express salad bags. It says in small letters "with in-store coupon and preferred card" However, it's a manufacturer coupon, starts with a 5 and should be sent to Fresh Express Inc. for redemption. No where on the Q does it mention a store. Does anyone have any idea if the commissary would take this or any store that would???

i have a coupon that was denied today
it was a manf
however it said w. card
there was no store logos on the coupon
They were looking for a reason not to accept it
first it was "one purchase per" so i couldn't use bouth
then it was no i can only get ONE thing free when it stated buy these 2 get THESE free and then listed the free items

not sure what i should do anyone have this issue?

i've never tried a "w/ card" coupon in the commissary.

imo, since there is no card to scan at the commissary, it would not be valid there.

To me, a "with card" coupon indicates that it is a store coupon. A regular manf. coupon that can be used anywhere would not state that. I am a cashier, and a pretty open minded one, and even I wouldn't take it if it said that. Sorry...

IMO, the only place you can use that coupon it is at a store that has a store card or one that accepts competitor coupons. the commissary is neither one of those.
