Yes, you need the special order form, upc of the item and case quantity. As long as at least one commissary carries the item you can do a special order. If it's a hot item sometimes they run out at the warehouse and you can't get it.

yes, you can place a special order. as long as it's a regularly stocked item, you can order any amount. if it's not a regular item for that store, you have to order and are obligated purchase by the case. customer service has the form to fill out.
