Can anyone tell me if the commissaries overseas take register rewards? I know the ones in the states are suppose to, but I'm curious because I've had them offered to me.

It looks like you need the read the wording. Redeem only is the key wording. If any catalina or RR states only with the store name then no commissary will not take it, but if it states the word "at" without adding the word "only" then they will take it. here is what is on their FB page

DeCA does not participate in Walgreens Register Rewards per se; however, we do accept the manufacturer coupons that print out on the registers at Walgreens and other retailers, provided the verbiage does not limit redemption only to the retailer advertised on the coupon. For example, if the manufacturer coupon states “Redeemable at” or “Redeem at,” we can accept it; if it states “Redeemable ONLY at” or “Redeem ONLY at,” we cannot. While these coupons may reference Walgreens Register Rewards or have a Walgreens or another retailer’s logo printed on them, we are accepting these as a manufacturer’s coupon. All commissaries were provided clarification on these types of coupons. If you experience any issues with redeeming them at your commissary, ask to see the manager on duty while you’re in the commissary or fill out a customer comment form at http://www.commissaries.com/YAL/customer_comments.cfm and let us know.

Recently every register reward I have received states "only at Walgreens". I havent had one that said "redeemable at" in a while. I think they changed it. Has anyone else noticed this? It was a good deal while it lasted! :)

Yes, I was all excited until I got up and looked at my reg rewards from Walgreens. But it says "at Walgreens and other retailers" so I looked at my Rite Aid and CVS and they do not say "only".

Does anyone have experience with using Rite Aid or CVS there?

I need to look up that FB page now :)
