sorry that happened. i know how frustrating it is when the cashier/front mgr do not know the policy.

may i suggest what i did...
i emailed my store director the link to the FB page and asked him to confirm the policy.

when he emailed yes (which i knew he would), i printed THAT email off to bring with me...

Gotta say, my commissary refused today when I showed the cashier at the self-check a Walgreens $1 OYNSO catalina. He called over the head cashier who also refused. For next time, I printed off the Facebook question page where it addresses Walgreens Register Rewards, but I can still seem them refusing.

I asked about this yesterday and the cashier said that it would be okay, as long as it doesn't say "redeem ONLY at". Good for me because I want to take advantage of the Walgreens F&F sale today and the RR this week.

Never mind. Denied today when I was trying to use RR's. Took them about 20 minutes to decide that it was not okay, and when I told them that I had been told, just a few days ago, that it was okay I was told the cashier was wrong. I will be emailing the store director.

Yes, I did do that. Dh asked why I didn't print the FB page... in my stupidity I thought that if one cashier said it was okay then the others, and the manager on duty, would know it was okay too.

I stepped up the contact by printing a copy of the Facebook page discussing acceptance of Walgreens RRs, and handed it to the Store Director today. We (including the Assistant Store Director) had a long conversation about coupons. They are still strongly of the opinion that coupons with store logos are NOT accepted. I requested they check with headquarters about the proper interpretation.

if you don't want to wait for the director, you can submit the question to DECA directly via the commissaries.com site. if you mention the store location (optional), DECA usually cc's the store director on their email reply.
