Greetings Polly,
You know, I never thought to generate a list of GFCF items sold at the Commissary. They do have quite a bit since we first started our son on the diet when he was younger...saw some improvements...and simply erred by slipping off of it....NOT a good thing to do. We have resolved to putting him back on the diet, while researching other options such as a low-allergen treatment.
I will make a point to start putting together a list, maybe some of my readers would be interested in that information as well.
I do know that they carry cereals, cereal bars, "milk" substitute products (rice, almond, etc.), baking items, such as those to make cookies & brownies...also the flours.
If you don't get to the store before I do, I'll be sure to start PMing you the list as I add items to it.
