Expired Coupons

I am wondering if military people are the only people that can use expired coupons?

I have a giant shoe box full of expireds. From last summer to now. Inserts, tear pads, mailers, peelies, etc. Tons!

That's very generous of you! I think military members that are overseas can use expired coupons up to 6 months from today's date. Hopefully you'll be able to help some people out! :)
