COMMISSARY $3/5 Quaker Coupon --- Any good deals out there at the commissary?

I found a coupon for $3 off of 5 participating products (listed below) at a local store and I'm wondering if this will score any decent deals at the commissary. I haven't been there in a month, but do need to make a trip. Times are tight so I'm looking to stretch my grocery dollars!

I'm pretty sure I can get lots of these coupons, so I'd like to take advantage if possible.

Cap n'Crunch and Life Cerals, Quaker Ready-to-Eat Cereals, Quaker Instant Oatmeals, Quaker Simple Harvest Hot Cereals and Granola Bars, Quaker Quick and Old Fashioned Oats, Quaker Chewy Granola Bars, Quaker Fruit-Flavored Crisp Bars, Oatmeal Breakfast Cookies, Oatmeal Granola Bites, Quaker Oatmeal to Go, Aunt Jemima Pancake and Waffle Mixes and Syrups, Quaker Instant and Old Fashioned Grits. Oatmeal is $1.79 a box and I don't recall the exact price but I know the granola bars were cheaper than usual when I went there last.

I hope someone else can help you with the other prices. I wish I had those qs ;)

The Quaker Quick and Old Fashioned oats were on sale for 95 cents on 1/20.

Edited to add that there is a $1/1 IP on any Quaker Instant Oatmeal or Quaker Quick or Old Fashioned Oats which would make them free if you haven't already printed it.
