COMMISSARY: Attention Pensacola Commi Couponers

It seems like every time I use q's at the Pensacola commi, the cashier has to run to the office with a question because she hasn't been trained properly or is scared to death to take coupons. OR the head cashier comes over to tell me I can't use one of my coupons even though they are valid q's. (I got double-teamed by managers at the register today...lol!) I stopped by to speak with Mr. Lugo, the store director, about the apparent negative attitude coming from the Cashier Management Office regarding coupon usage. I actually spoke with him for about 30 minutes. He acknowledged that there is a problem and assured me he is working on it.

I have talked to a couple of other P'cola commi couponers and know that I am not the only one who has a problem with coupons, overage in particular, being accepted here. I am posting this to let you know that if have ANY problems using q's, I know Mr. Lugo would be interested in speaking with you. He says he has an open door policy so feel free to stop by to see him. It will help him understand what coupon usage problems exist here and hopefully things will start going more smoothly at the register.
