I havent used a formula check for a few years now, but now with a new baby I have some to use. I have one that is for $15, but the cost of the formula at the Commissary is $11.xx. Does anyone here have experiance using a formula check for more then the cost of the formula? Thanks for any info anyone has.
I have recently used a formula check at the Commissary on an item that was less than the value of the check and they accepted it without a problem...allowed the overage, which I thought that they were going to reduce the value of it but it is considered a manufacturer coupon and said that they receive the full value of the coupon back.
Hmmm...I never get the $15 checks, lucky you. But if they do give you a hassle (and I'm assuming you're talking about NGS because they're the only ones I know of that give out $15 checks) then I would suggest trading on here for some $11 checks and your formula will still be free basically.
Never done it myself, but you shouldn't experience any difficulties. Those checks don't have an "up to" on them so the commissary will get full face value.
